There is no question about the necessity of these grips in your cable attachment collection. From Hammer Curls, to Reverse Cable Flyes, to Front Delt Raises, these grips are an absolute must have. The smooth rotating feature puts them way above other non rotating grips that put stress on your wrists. The knurling is perfect, not too aggressive, just a perfect, amazing feel. Hands down these are best iso hammer type grips you will find. I've owned others and these are it. Loved doing business with Porter as well, an absolute gentleman. 5 stars all around.

It is a high quality piece. Works well. It is certainly better than most products ive tried. A few things to elevate...well it depends on hand size. 1) 1/2 inch or even a 1/4 longer....Just a hair too short. 2) the diameter for me is a few millimeters to wide. I love fat grip type equipment but for theexercises im using this with the diameter is to wide. Maybe having two sizes ....would help...but yes having more product choices means more costs.

Love these grips for unilateral tricep exercises. The knurl is grippy but not biting. The short length enables you to hit the squeeze better than a longer handle and the leather pad at the end is super comfortable. One of my favorite attachments and it’s a bonus that they look pretty snappy in blue.
